Appointments/ Reservations

All appointments and or reservations can be made with a credit card on file to hold the allowed time. It is recommended that appointments be made at least two weeks in advance to get the time that is best for you. We reserve appointments with a credit card. There is a forty-eight – hour cancellation policy. Please notify us in advance of your scheduled time to make changes. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment time.

We also recommend that you make your next appointment prior to leaving the Med Spa. You may also request for standing appointments. For your convenience, these appointments can be arranged on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Appointments may be scheduled at the Med Spa or by calling 817-423-5400. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

Walk-in clients are welcome

 

Payments:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, debit cards, Spa Finder Gift Cards, Spa Week Gift Cards, Care Credit, personal checks and cash. There is a $50.00 charge on all returned checks.

Check-in Processes:

Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes or earlier prior to your appointment to ensure full service. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a Med Spa attendant. If you are early for a treatment session, please feel free to use the amenities in our Relaxation Room and begin your experience.

Late Arrivals:

In the event of a late arrival, if possible, we will attempt to accommodate all your needs. However, in consideration of other guests’ time and schedule, Artisan Med Spa may not be able to extend your appointment. Late arrivals may very well limit the time of your treatment. Treatments are to begin and end as scheduled and full value of the service will be charged regardless of arrival time. In these situations, we would be more than happy to service you for the remainder of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations:

A 72-hour notice is required for the ALL TREATMENTS. For group reservations, a 2-week notification is required. Late cancellations will result in a charge of a $50 fee of the scheduled service(s). In the event of a “no-show”, the FULL price of the scheduled service(s), packages or group function will be forfeited. The charges will not be refunded or credited for future services.

Large Group Reservations:

Artisan Med Spa has a 72-hour cancellation policy for large groups. A credit card is required to reserve your group reservation. Reservations are subject to a service charge if cancelled within 72 hours of the time of service.

Product Returns:

Artisan Med Spa sealed products may be returned unopened within 7 days of purchase for a merchandise credit. Regretfully, unsealed or partially used products cannot be returned. Services and prices are subject to change.

Gift Cards:

Artisan Med Spa gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion and are available in dollar amount. The gift cards may be purchased online at www.artisanMed Spafortworth.com, or at the Med Spa, or by calling 817-423-5400. Gift certificate cards are transferable but non-refundable. Valid only for one year from date of issue. Gift cards are redeemable for product and services, but gratuities may not be added to the card. Artisan Med Spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.
