Dr. Samadi completed his post-graduate medical training at the State University of New York at Buffalo, in 1988. He is Board Certified in the fields of Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine and has achieved “Additional Qualifications” certification in the Geriatric Medicine. He has been honored with the prestigious Fellow status by the American College of Emergency Medicine (FACEP) and American College of Physicians (FACP). Dr. Samadi has also been granted the “Diplomat” status by the American College of Forensic Medicine (DACFM) and American College of Forensic Examiners (DACFE).
In 1988, Dr. Samadi started his medical practice as an emergency medicine specialist in Buffalo, N.Y. In 1990, he was appointed the Medical Director of an Emergency Department, in Buffalo. Later on, during the period of 1995-2000, Dr. Samadi became the Chairman of Department of Emergency Medicine for Mercy Health System of Western New York. In 2000, after his relocation to Texas, he maintained the same position at North Texas Affiliated Medical Group in Fort Worth.
Dr. Samadi is a well-known international medical lecturer and has been serving either as a chairman or a member of various medical expert panels and committees. He has been a key contributor to the establishment and publication of medical practice guidelines and protocols in infectious, pulmonary and cardio-vascular diseases. He has also participated in numerous international clinical trials. Dr. Samadi has established himself as a respected medical author. His publications include chapters in Essentials of Emergency Medicine book, published in 2006, and multiple medical articles. In the last 4 years, Dr. Samadi’s participation in medical education has expanded into the provision of web-based medical presentations and seminars. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Texas-South Western Medical School.
Despite all of the above-mentioned accomplishments, first and foremost, Dr. Samadi considers himself a “clinician” and enjoys the hands on practice of medicine. In 2003, he established the multi-disciplinary Tarrant Acute Care Physicians, P.A. medical group and TrinityXpressMed Medical Centers in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition to the practice of urgent care and general medicine, his main areas of expertise include sports medicine and pulmonary ailments, including asthma and allergy.
Dr. Samadi is also an expert in anti-aging skin care. His related areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, medical lasers, intense pulse light (IPL), D-Actor AWT Cellulite, and anti-wrinkle injectables. In order to achieve his goal of provision of office-based aesthetic skin care services to his patients, in 2006, he established Artisan Aesthetics practice in Fort Worth, Texas.
Dr. Samadi is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, American Society for Laser Medicine and surgery, and the International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons.
